Yes. Possible. Anything is possible man. Hartge stuck a v10 in the E90, why not the n54.
Why did you ask though? Indeed, it is a stupid question.

why would you want to do this? this is like 100x worse than the "can i turbocharge my n52" threads. if your going to do an engine swap, don't use an engine being used on the current model...thats just stupid. drop the e90/e92 m3 engine in there or a e46 m3 engine.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to be rude. But it's a terrible question. You want a 335, BUY a 335. Sell your 328, take the hit, and buy the 335. Really, this is just unreal. Would you buy a 325 and then ask to have the M engine put in it? Come on. Seriously. You don't really mean this, do you? You can't? It's not possible. Tell me this is a joke.

how much would a swap like this cost? or to drop and M3 engine in there? would it be worth it instead of buying the other car?
and maybe Justin likes his 328. ever think of that? Maybe he wants to keep it and just add more power... not everyone wants a 335.

Unless you plan on doing ALL of the work yourself, it's going to cost more than $10k. And even if you did all the work yourself, it still might be close to 10k. |
