Car back to stock...man I mis my Procede!
Took everything of my car yesterday, DP's, Injen, Helix IC, Catch can and procede. Took me just under 2 hours to do it all..yeah I'm getting pretty fast at it. Now off to the dealer it hopefull get a new HPFP!
One thing I noticed when taking off my mods. MY DIY catch can works like a charm! Not any oil at all in my IC. I hate to say it but the car feels so slow now without my Procede. I can not wait to get it back on.

The DP's are pretty easy when you don't have those side support bolts to try and get at and when the O2 sensors are not factory tight.
I forgot to mention to anyone who has the VK DP's. I inspected mine very well after taking them off and they look perfect! not a single weld issue, besides now being yellowed from the heat they look as good as the day I put them on 10k miles ago.

Wow that impressive time to remove all that.
Really gives you an appreciation about how quick the cars are when fully moded. Mike |

jack stands and a lot of coffee, plus lots of wrench time on many different cars.

you know after one of the worst winters in the past 50 years in NC with many snow storms which we hardy ever see and knowing the winters up north; I'm a yank. The quality of the dp's is top notch.

you would be surprised that after you do all of it once or twice it doesn't take very long as you know all the little tricks like wrench angles. I will say that when it came to the DP removal, the after market ones take less time than removing the stockers. This is because the O2's have been broken loose and the side support nuts are not there. I also learned that if you turn the steering wheel hard to the left it gives you a lot more room to move the steering rack and thus a lot more room to reach up to the dp's. This is not possible if you do the install on ramps.
speed of part removal or install was not why I posted it was because of me missing all the power from my tune!
