I have a HPFP failure occuring and set an appt fo next week. Has anyone been there or heard anything about them. I have a 2008 335xi 14k and this is my first service. i also Have a Jb3 and DCI that I plan on taking out which will be a pain in the aiss...

I guess you never know till you give em a chance, but I after my thing I've spoken with more than a few people even a few forum members who absolutely loathe their service, even someone who takes their car to Patrick even though he works across the street from Bill Jacobs

Laurel of BMW in Westmont, best service of any the dealership I have tried in the area. Only looked at cars at bill jacobs, was ok, never took anything in for service.

Patrick's in Schaumburg? Bought my last two cars there as they always had the lowest prices, but would never take my car in for service. Had a SA say to me "Sir, we know your car better than you, so stop believing what you read on the internet." Just another A-hole who knows less about his product than the consumer. I told them to give me my car I was leaving.

I had him as an SA at Bill Jacobs and corroborate this, he was very nice, punctual, and prudent when it came to things. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for any other employee I encountered who worked there, except maybe the cashier.

I've only heard good things about their service department, but it's too bad there are stories like no matter what the dealer. FWIW my dad buys his Volvos from Patrick after Barrington Volvo gave him shitty service and will always give them a good recommendation. Laurel seems to be the one dealer where I seem to only hear good things

I just had the 335 in at Bill Jacobs. I deal with Eric Ryan, and I know the foreman over there. I have always been open with what's going on with my car and have asked them to be fair. They have always treated me very well, and this last time in was the first time I couldn't wait for service. They replaced wastegates for the rattle, and replaced the audio amp after I had a taillamp seal leaking. Now, my car has that bodykit on it, and a downpipe back exhaust, and they were very cool with it. You have to remember that most everywhere is slow on work now, and if you piss off your customers for BS reasons, they won't be back. If you get a chance, tell them Nick says hello. Hope you have a good experience too.
