End of Summer BBQ- IDEAS???

Hey guys, so the summer is almost over. Lets do a BBQ gathering like how we did for the past couple years to end our great 2010 summer. Lets stay at the same spot in Alki like we usually did. I am setting the BBQ now on 25th at 11:30AM~whenever. I think the address is at 2155 Harbor Ave SW King, WA

Below are the things that we need, please fill in for anything that you can bring. It will be great if we could get more than 3 ppl to fill in for one item.

drinks (preferred in icebox)--> flyingcesar / ebisu8 / thwgw24 / Todd
cheese (burger) --> hun77777
snacks (chips, jerky, etc) --> Johnny Lin / ebisu8
disposable cups, plates --> flyingcesar / lpphreakx06
disposable napkins, paper towel --> Johnny Lin
disposable knifes and forks --> fred2167 / lpphreakx06
Sausage (preferred both Würst and regular...) or hamburger patty --> daheechang / Gilbert
Buns (hot dog buns and/or hamburger buns) --> 245 sleeper / Mookster / TTG
Condiment (Lettuce, Onion, pickles, relish...) --> Mookster / benr33tz
ketchup and mustard, BBQ sauce etc... --> vladdy328 / Testarossa E92
Chips and Dips (Salsa, cheese, etc) --> ACS M3 / lpphreakx06 / Todd
Grills (at least 2 or more from previous experiences) --> ericsmc83 / Phil Su
Garbage bag for clean up after... --> hun77777 / jibaholic101
Ice Cream... --> Testarossa E92

Here are some of the pics that were taking my TWiTCHY.

More pics could be find here:

Sounds like fun. September dates are still tentative for me, but I will know for sure after Labor Day.

I can bring at least one grill, possibly two.

hey johnny, i and eric talked about having another group dyno session towards the end of sept also. so i was thinking it may not be a bad idea to combine BBQ and Dyno on same day. i've seen/been dyno and bbq back to back on sat/sun but not so many people make it on either so why not combine both like last bmw cca event at carb conn.

maybe i can talk to carb conn to reserve some parking spot for us and while we're at it doing bbq, few of us can do the dyno. also something to watch/do for those who don't want to attend dyno.

just an idea yet but wondering what you think...

i txt u too bro.

that's richmond beach. that place is nice. golden garden is great too.

we should put up a vote for location and preferance of exact date (sat vs sun most likely)

We should also make sure more than one person brings the critical items (burgers, pop, etc). It would suck to have 400 hamburger buns and 5 hamburgers again!
