How would I remove these marks (scratches?) on my new leather?
The marks are on my 2010 passenger seat and I think one of my friends may be leaving it because of his clothing or something, I'm not sure.
- How would I remove these? If you know for sure, please give me explicit details as I'm a complete newb in the detailing world - What do you think caused these? - If it was caused by a person, should I beat him/her with the stuff I have in the BMW Tool Kit? |

Looks like you just need some leather conditioner maybe the leather is a little dried out?? I'm not an expert though but my seats came out pretty nice after i cleaned and conditioned them.

I've conditioned both the driver seat and passenger seat equally, and my driver's seat is in mint condition where as the passenger seems worn. I want to fix these as soon as possible because I fear they might become wrinkles. Think I can get warranty to replace that? I mean, I only have 2.5k miles on my car all the seats are mint except for the passenger...

They won't replace that, there is no reason to at the moment. Keep an eye on it you have 4 years/50K. If it's wearing prematurely, it'll take a few 1000 miles to show.
Good Luck

They look like indentations to me, almost like when people put a big/heavy box on their seats (only not as severe). Maybe caused by the back of a shirt/jacket being pushed against the seat? When did you first notice this? I would lean towards giving it a week or two to naturally fix itself. Warranty isn't going to cover that though.

that's fine. It may go back to normal after turning on your heated seats? That is caused by your friend's jeans. It might have a button on the bottom of it causing it to scrape against your leather. You can take your friend out just put a towel on the passenger seat lol

yea, this looks like the cushion under the leather is creased due to the person sitting on it was leaning their butt forward and backward too much which caused the leather itself to follow the creased.
