Coilover Install Question

Hey guys,
I plan on installing some ST V1 coilovers (only height adjustable, nearly identical to KW V1) and have a couple quick questions (Warning they may be very idiotic/noob so forgive me)

When installing the CO, is there a specific height I should put them on, like max low or max high and then adjust once everything is on, or just sort of pre-adjust the hight to desire target prior to installing?

Any other tips/tricks to installing these?

Thanks,
Eric

Setting them at the lowest setting will make it easier to install. Then once everything is bolted down adjust accordingly.
