Aftermarket Downpipes for 335

Anyone using either the Macht Schnell 3" or AR aftermarket downpipes?

Will they throw codes due to the O2 sensors? Also will I have problems with emmissions?

I have already orders a Eisenmann Race Exhaust system.

Thanks in advance

If you change catless DP, there will be error code due to o2 sensor. The error code can be cancelled with procede or JB3.

Thanks that is what I thought ... I will just add the ECU fix from B_motorsports since I am getting GIAC software. But what about emissions?

Yes, essentially all downpipes, unless otherwise stated that they have cats, will throw a catalytic converter deficiency code which essentially means you just don't have any primary cats in the system. For turbo cars though, getting rid of the cats, there is a very decent gain you will see from doing this, so it's certainly worth the error code. There are things you can do to get rid of it, but you wont be able to pass smog. Once smog comes around, make sure to put the stock ones back in.

And if you need a set of those MS Downpipes, I've got forum pricing for you guys, so contact me!

Please show me your car next time we meet for our local forum gathering...I personally like the Eisenmann exhaust a lot.......cool stuff!! As of your DP code issue, you need to buy a DP fixed in order to eliniminate the fault code but DP upgrade is something which will turn yr car as a beast, my friend!!

I'm using the UR downpipe (Ultimate Racing) which feel very satisfied with it! They are one of the few Tuners in US whom producing the DP for our RHD 335!! Here is the link if you want to know more....
