I don't have the bracket you need, but I just pulled the Sirius receiver out of my '07 328i. There's nothing wrong with it, I just pulled it since it's an older build that didn't support the "Best of XM" package which I wanted for one channel.

I only just picked up the car, and since it's a CPO the receiver is currently activated on a 3 month trial of Sirius Everything which I think would follow the receiver..

Thanks, but unfortunately I need/want the specific (tuner) model number that I mention in the original post.

That specific P/N is what I just installed in my car - I picked it up from Tischer BMW for $415. If you don't want/need support for the Best of XM channels, this older unit is interchangable with the newer one, and can be had for just about 1/2 the price.
