2007 335i ssk installable in 2007 335xi?

I was able to find a BMW ssk for the 2007 335i (PN: 25 11 0 430 360) but nothing is listed for the 335xi. I'm wondering if this is an oversight on BMW's website or is this ssk not compatible with the 335xi?

I did a lot of research on short shifters a long time ago before making my choice and I remember seeing something about the XI not being able to use any shifter but the XI. I could be wrong.

Of course people initially said that you could only use the 335i shifter in the 335i and then they found out you could use the 330i as a sort of short shifter. Anything's possible. Of course you should know that ALL the information is on this site. These cars have been out for over 4 years, theres some knowledge in that search drop down up there to the right.

Sounds like I'd be best served by calling my local dealership and asking a tech if the 335i official ssk is compatible with the xi
