Up Date Recent Lease Deals?

I am about to take delivery of my 335i coupe.

MSRP is $49,800 roughly
ZPP
ZSP
NAV
CA
SparkGraph/Coral Red
Heated Seats.

Just want to see where I should start.
36 months/ 12,000 a year, no trade.

I was thinking I could get down to around the mid $600's or less.

I leased a 335i sedan in December. Sticker $44,920. No down payment except sales tax on lease payments, and DMV fees. 36 mos., 12,000 mi. yr. $567.00 per mo.
