I placed my V1 just upside of idrive
I dont want to put it windshield
because it blocks my vision so..
I decided to place it on i drive with 3m tape
Is it good place?

v1's are generally better used if it is higher on the windsheild, where as passport radars are supposed to be lower on teh windsheild.

u should be fine with where u put it, although, its best if just left on the winsheild where its supposed to be...

wat u could do if its getting in ur vision is hardwire the v1, and place it on the top of the windsheild probably to the left of your rear view mirror. and then buy another display or watever its called from the v1 site and you can place taht anywhere on the dash so you can see it in a more convenient place. its pretty cool, and there are many DIY on it, just search.

I would put it up higher. Looking forward it won't matter, but looking back, it's looking into the seats. I would try and maintain line of sight through the back windshield.. For any bogies behind you..
