That is actually about the right price for non-oem body parts. I bought a front bumper cover for less than 100 bucks and it is identical to the BMW version. Of course the cost is in painting it.

I lot of things on eBay are good knockoffs of the BMW parts without the BMW tax. And sometimes its the same stuff as what the vendors sell without the BMW tax. I see so many overpriced things from vendors (that I will leave nameless) and it bugs me that the price was based around the fact that it is being sold for a BMW. If you do a little research, you will find out exactly what I'm talking about. It is tough for me to always believe that "you get what you pay for". A lot of the time, it is more like "you get what you pay for...but I got two for the price you paid for one because I found the same one cheaper elsewhere."

he has a e36 m3 front bumper for 80 bucks.
this can be a crap shoot or a gem of a deal.

I have the same lip. Fitment is great and it cost only 75 bucks to get it painted locally. So a $175 total not bad at all for a painted aerolip that fits great.

We're in the same boat, but I'm happy I had a stress free experience and the peace of mind knowing the fitment was perfect, and the paint and fitment were guaranteed by BMW.

It is a crap shoot getting this shit on ebay, see other ebay thread for a great horror story

It's Urethane, it will have lots of pin holes in it from the injection molding. you will need to fill them w/ a flexible body fill before painting.
