Help e92, passenger side no heat weather.

Hello,

I have problem with climate control, no heat weather in passenger side and driver side is not so hot weather. Both are set to 28C.

In car feels like 10C.

Any info what it can be?

Noo i dont go to them! Coz they will say: This car is from USA, there must be like this...
