Production Number check

I just received my production number

Is there a way to check the status? I tried the owner circle at the BMWUSA site, but didn't work out.

The belgian website does not have this owner circle... where to check?

Basically, no. I had the same problem when I ordered my car last year. High standards of customer care in the US mean the Americans get a lot of tracking information that we can't access. Oh well, at least we don't get those ghastly orange reflectors

ouch that hurts Paul! only thing i dislike about the looks of the (US spec) model are those horrible reflectors...such a silly law. i am replacing mine from bimmian.com, if they ever come in.

I don't mind the orange corners so much in the AW, but the clears would be nice too. What I really hate is the reflector imbedded into the fender of the coupe.

It is nice having the tracking info, but it is slow to update.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Most aspects of everyday life here in Europe are either of a depressingly inferior quality, or ludicrously expensive compared to the US, so the only way to restore continental pride is by taking the occasional dig at irrelevant details like your orange indicators
