Looking to step into an E90 M3 and need to sell this car.

Mileage - 47k. Mostly highway. Was my primary car for most of the time but purchased a beater in June.

Mods - JB3 2.0, BMS DCI, JBSpeed CSL Trunk, LC 19" Staggered Silver LMs (One wheel has curb and a few blemishes on the others, tires are decent) and KW V2s. Got some other bolt ons that we can negotiate. Installs were done by the great Clem/Sniz one two combo.

Options - Fully loaded. No comfort access.

2nd owner, purchased at 29k about a year ago. Well maintained mechanically and hand washed/waxed consistently. Few blemishes on the rear bumper due to lame parallel parkers in D.C. Warranty just expired last month. HPFP was replaced at about 33k (have most the service records) and software updated to v2.38. Car runs great and hasn't seen the track. Only 1 dyno session is about it for driving the car hard.

I took the M3 bumper off for a road trip and haven't put it back on. It needs to be repainted and a mounting bracket needs to be fixed. It is an authentic Vorsteiner lip on the JLevi M3 bumper.

Edmunds has the car at $28k with 48k miles. I was thinking $25,000 OBO as is. I would prefer not to part out. I'm willing to work out a deal with the buyer where I will add 2 or 3 years of the BMW Powertrain Warranty Extension. Come check the car out in person and let's make a deal. Few additional details, I'm the 2nd owner of this car. Non-smoker for the life of this car, all service was done through a BMW dealer so records are available. I'm selling this car because I already purchased an M3. It is currently sitting underneath a car cover in my parents garage until I sell it. I really need to get this sold sooner or later. I take great care of my cars, maintained like it was a show car. I have all the original material for this car and an additional key.

Any pics of interior? Does it have Nav? Beautiful car by the way for a great price but no warranty scares me. I'd consider it but I'd have to sell my car '06 330i first. GLWS.

Snapping them today. Gotta clean it up a little bit due to the snow we recently had. Will also include a video walk around for those interested. The car has never seen any kind of smoking so the interior smells of rich mahogany (and leather). I take good care of my cars, extremely anal when it comes to interior cleanliness.

And, if you're on the East Coast or somewhat close, I'd be willing to drive to deliver the car half way to make this happen AND throw in the Vorsteiner lip.
