I took it out of the box just to see if it would work and my CIG lighter does not have any juice and i dont feel like going through the trouble of fixing my cig lighter for a radar detector.


So this is BRAND NEW literally NEVER USED.

Did you check the fuse? Also the cig lighter only works when the car is on in the e9x's. Anyway free bump for ya.

The orange ambient ring goes on around it but their is no power for some reason. Thanks

You should test it in another car to see if it works at all before selling a potentially bum item to someone else. Just sayin...

My cig lighter port went bad on my 08 e90 335 before i traded it in, it was due to a power overload and the fuse went along with the actual socket. Stupid thing costs $50 to fix from dealer.

already checked it on my cousins s550 and it works fine.
