I saw factory invoice was around 44,xxx so tax&all the other dealership/bank 'fees' puts me at 4-5k more?

Truecar.com carsdirect.com quotes the cost of dealership around 43,xxx.
Factory invoice at 44-45k. "great price" is considered to be around 44,800. I am assuming this is prior to tax, are their fees that the dealership is scamming me on? Was no aware "Bank fee/acquisition fee" was 900 (if I leased) if I finance. Thanks

Probably most helpful if you talk about prices without taxes or DMV fees as most people don't know how much to back out if they are not familiar with CA taxes and fees. What is the tax rate on cars in CA these days 9%?
