Best Service department in MA?

Can someone recommend a good service department in Boston Area? This is going to to the first service on a 2011 328 and I would like to go to a good service department.

I don't mind driving some extra miles for the best service. Any recommendation?

What type of service are you getting done? I have always worked with BMW Gallery of Norwood and my Service Advisor is awesome (Kim Lexner).

This is going to be just regular Oil change etc... but I wouldn't want to chase the SA to do stuff. For example wipers, filters, fluids etc.. if it is part of the service (I am not sure they are) I want these done without asking about it. Today, it looks like everybody tries to save money and they intentionally skip tasks.

I had good experience with VW Gallery of Norwood with my Jetta.

I believe they only swap things out like wipers if it is needed. Kim has always been great to work with in regards to making sure you get what you need. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I will PM you her contact information.

We've been a Peabody customer for years for quite a few different cars. Our SA there is great, no complaints at all. Not sure how things are at the service center at the dealer on 114, but the Centennial Drive location is excellent.
