Discuss!!! how can a turned 335i to beat a stock M3?

As title, is possible only a procede turned 335i can beat a stock M3? (1/4mile, 100-200km/h for drag only)

If can't, how to do? what's is important of FMIC/DPS/INTAKE/EXHAUST etc.

Please give me suggestions

Thanks in advance

Cheapest and easiest way to make your 335 faster than an m3 is to use diesel instead of unleaded gasoline.

Yes it is possible. The most important thing besides the tune are the 3" catless downpipes and intercooler (in this order). With these you are able to get about 330whp on a Mustang dyno, which is about what a stock M3 gets. An aftermarket intake is also important at higher power levels.

Make it more like 360 - 390 whp stage 3 depending on dyno.
330 whp is a very low figure for stage 3 mods.
You will give 4-5 cars to an m3 stage 3.

skyintothesea, yes it's possible, and you can do it for less than $2,000. This is if you're talking about drag strip only. You'll have to do a lot more to get the car to handle as well as an m3

Intake and tune is enough to beat a stock m3 if the tune isn't crap.

Why?
Please stop spreading misinformation, absurd or not.

OP: I think PROcede and Intake should suffice. Add DPs and FMIC if you want to be 100% sure.
This is, as you mentioned, on a straight run. Add twisties and it's a whole different game.

Ah ok. Because it didn't look like based on your punctuation and suggestion.

Either way, I agree with you guys that this is not the best topic, however the OP is from another country and english is not his first language. I'd like to encourage those that are bothered by the redundancy of this post and its wording to think for a minute about the language-induced difficulties and give the man a break. I would guess that at least 80% of Forum content online is just noise (example: the jokes on this thread), making it difficult for native speakers to find the information they're looking for, can you imagine trying this in a language you don't understand like your own?

Give the man a break and try not to further confuse him... is all I am saying.

What does his first language have anything to do with his question? I'm sure everyone understood his question just fine. It's the question that people don't understand....This question has been asked many many times...

Wait until they figure that out, they'll start selling water @ 3 bucks per gallon too.

It's possible that I didn't get my point across clearly enough. Ah well.
