yea i think they might be rings themselves. i know how hard it is to pry the headlights open but these are the brightest things i've seen and i remember jlevi or whoever said they were gonna develop them for the e90
|

getting the headlight open may preclude this for a lot of people. PIAA or lux2.0 may simply be an easier option.
and bimmian is expecting some products in soon, acording to the website.

the bimmian one looks like my lux kit actually. they are using the exact same power supply - its shown in their pictures of the product Funny.,...

absolutely no way it can be a universal fit. if you want it to fit the e90 it has to be an exact fit and it is unique to the e90's.

this vendor's stuff is good, but they seem to update/maintain their website incorrectly. I'm glad I have the opinions of all my forum-friends to sort thru all the stuff out there.
