sounds like injectors to me, in the worst cases ive seen people go at least 1000 miles on a new HPFP.

If you have a rough idle or cold start misfires and they go away only for a short time when the adaptations are reset the first thing that comes to mind is injectors, plugs.

If you have warranty or not their is a recall on most n54's for faulty injectors. Take it to a different dealer, make the SA a freind ,give him $50-100 and have him set in the recall.

Injectors are also covered via recall if your car falls within the specified production dates. It sounds like injectors are going. There's a post out in the tech forum with the details.

Check it out.

HPFP is covered for 100k... If it is the HPFP, you will be alright.

Please learn how to properly type. Reading your posts hurts the eyes.

Capitalize only first letter of the sentence or first letter of a name, etc. Caps lock is the button under the tab key and above the shift key, I think it may have been on during your first and sixth post.

Im just playin with ya. You will be fine. Anything associated with the HPFP including the injectors will be covered. Just stay on top of it. Don't let them try to play games with you either. Their biggest expense is labor. So they will do everything they possibly can to recoup that money from you. It is your job to stand fast and make sure they hold up their end of the deal.

Good Luck.
