Tire size help
Alright guys, I dont know much about tires but I can tell you guys what I know and then I would like to hear your suggestions. I have a 328xi Sedan, and I bought a set of 19s. I need all season tires so I can keep those rims on all year around. Keep in mind I live in Michigan so it can get pretty nasty in the winter and also there are potholes, many of them! So I've heard there should be a bigger sidewall on the tire to protect the tire rather then the lower profile and I am thinking about going without the runflats. I was suggested 235/35/19 and 245/35/19. What do you guys think? What should I look at for my kind of driving conditions.

What your your width and offsets on your current 19's? We would need to know this to further determine the best tire sizes for your application.

Ditto. This would be a perfect size for the 8.5 +35 wheel.

While it is more likely to bend a wheel running 235/35R19 compared to 225/40R18 or 225/45R17, it is not something that will necessarily occur.
