335d Chipexpress tune
Certainly have seen and read many comments and opinions on JBD vs VAC and I looked at both and talked to the sales folks but ultimately purchased and installed ChipExpress for the 2011 335d. I must say their website seems to be truthful. The install was truly "plug and play" taking about 20 minutes including routing wires neatly. The chip has not thrown any codes and my "seat of the pants" dyno verifies a serious increase in low end pull as well as top speed. Recently running for an emergency and speedometer rolled past the 160 mark without difficulty. No overheating. Still averaging 24-27 mpg in town and over the highway with cruise at 80 recently returned 33.5 mpg. I hope to get to the dyno when the weather is better and I will post some before and after numbers. (ChipExpress sent a dead-end plug which you can put in place of the chip if it has to go to the dealer and get scanned so it is easy to compare performance "before and after" Has anyone else got experience with this tune?

If you truly are in MO, please warn me when you are going to be nearby going over 160 mph because of an "emergency".
