Help for changing D1S bulbs

there is a spring to hold the bulbs inside the box, but i hv no idea how to pull that spring out!!ANYONE can help??

on the top of that, there is a piece of plastic holding it in....you have to take the metal and push in then to the side....its hard though youll have to push HARD...
