I'm pretty sure dealers do give out a replacement for your car as a loaner. I got lucky once and got a 335, so it is possible. Never went to open road bmw, I use mt laurel, so I can't really tell you about their procedures, but it should be the same. Call, make appointment, get loaner.

Some dealers have loaner policies that limit loaners to those who have purchased/leased their car from the dealership. Others give them to any service customer.
Need to call and ask. |

I had a 2011 E90 328xi and a F10 528 from them. Yes they do give out loaner cars but I DID buy my car from them. Circle BMW on the other hand would not give me a loaner car because I did not buy from them.

Exactly the same experience. I think Circle BMW service is excellent. Well organized, friendly, etc. But no loaner and I am not about to sit in a waiting room for hours. |

Oh wow. But this makes sense. They may not give out because you did not buy. Best way is to just call and ask . Good luck

i usually never got loaner cars from the dealerships because i did not purchase the car from the dealer i use for servicing, but i made an early morning appt at like 7am one day and they had no option but to give me a loaner... usually the send me out with a enterprise rental car but being it was only 7am, enterprise wasnt open... they gave me a 2011 328xi coupe, fully loaded.

I've gotten loaners from BMW of morristown which is owned by open road as well.
However my father has gotten a chevy Malibu and a pt cruiser as a loaner too so it depends in what's available. |
