seatbelt error

anyone ever get an airbag/seatbelt error on the passenger side? popped up 2 days after my exhaust was replaced.... strange.

I brought my car in for service because of the exact same error. The occupancy sensor is bad. Bring it in and have them look at it.

... sad thing is it started after I sat in the seat after my buddy wanted to drive my car. my fatness 220# broke my baby.

LoL! I thought there was a TSB for this for the E9x as well but not 100% sure. It's a TSB for the Seat Mat Sensor or something. I was getting the same error in my E60 5 Series and was replaced by the dealer at no cost.

Bingo. There is a TSB for the seat mat sensor.
