I'm selling my PROcede and returning to stock. It's V5 now, so the buyer will have to get the VIN unlocked in order to run V5.

Price is $450 shipped.

Yes, you can revert to V4 and use it. From my understanding, only if you want to go to V5 will you need to get the license.

Again, there is nothing wrong with the PROcede unit that I have. I'm losing a couple hundred selling it at this price, but I have to go by what the market dictates.
