time to go sign the papers

Ordered a 2011 328i vert for my mother, mineral white/saddle brown, about a month ago and it has finally landed at the stealer.

The vert will be leased and the initial negotiations were as follows:

MRSP $54,375
Selling price: $50,800
terms: 36 months- 15,000 miles/year , taxes plus first month down ($2850)
Payment: $645
rate: .0009
residual: 57%
tax: 8%

My question is have new better rates been introduced since a month ago? I see and hear a lot of talk about new rates on the bmw site and talks of kickbacks on the 3er, given its age and coming replacement.

Any final rec's are also appreciated, not my first rodeo by a long shot but I am always open to suggestions. TIA

27 month lease rates are much better, plus it looks like the price of a 335i, not a 328...
