Painting peel off

Does anyone who have black or charcoal color wheels that peel off like mine?
I have this HRE wheel for 3 months and start to bubble and peel off.
Is this normal in hot weather?

I choice HRE because of quality...but it came out like this?

Damn Danny... That's really sucks...

I'm not sure if you want to go through the warranty procedure.. I believe it will will be a pain in the ass since you bought them from overseas...

I can only suggest you to get them fixed locally once it got bad enough for the repair.. There is a shop well known for wheel repair.. Since your rims are not polished, they should be able to restore it like new... & it will be much cheaper than going through warranty process...

I heard a lot of bad stuff from HRE like cracking in professional races but it seems like you got a minor problem just get it powdercoated again lol

Long time no see hendra!
Well, of course, I won't go with warranty procedure. Wait too long and of course I can't use my car for a while since I already sold my OEM wheels.

I contacted Permaisuri, Bowo and he will fix it for me free.
My concern is that the local shop can match perfect color as this? Or shall I ask him to polish it instead of painting charcoal?

So I'm having a minor problem?
Powdercoated? How is the process?
Sorry for many questions, I'm kinda newbie on this...

Sorry Danny, HRE does not have the best reputation among gearheads.

For your situation, I would have them powdercoated a custom color you like!!

Danny

Permaisuri will most likely give the job to other shop. I know they are closely related with Triwa body shop. Triwa is very well known for exotic car repair. Last time I went there, there is a wrecked Aston Martin waiting for repair.

But I'm not sure where Permaisuri will give the job for wheel repair. In your case, maybe they just repaint the wheel. So they might give it to Triwa as well. You can ask with Bowo about this (if he's willing to let you know). Well, at least he fix it for free right?
