Well not really new I was an employee a little over a year ago and never really left. I have worked alongside all the guys in the past- so the gangs all back together. Some of you that emailed have probably noticed that I have been replying to you so I thought i would introduce myself.
Shiv and Dustin will still be the forum go-to tech guys and Calvin and I will offer sales and support for you. Welcome. If you have any influence, please let the powers to be know that there is significant interest in a Procede(light) economy model. Many of us don't want or need all the bells and whistles of the Procede. I think you would attract quite a few customers that are now considering the Turbo Tuner as well as those on the fence considering the Procede.

I see you're from Austin - does that mean I can bring my E90 to you when I'm ready to buy the procede? or do you all not having anything at all to do with that end of the deal? I'm about 2 hours southeast, but I'm in Austin all the time (like this weekend for the UT spring scrimmage)...

Welcome. Maybe you can push Shiv to make a PROcede expected ship date list...using the last 3 digits of an order number? Must of logged on to my credit card site 50 times already to see if the balance has been applied.
