In the pics, some of the tabs seem to be torn? will this install correctly or will the side pop out from time to time?

I was trying to budge is gently but apparently I used too much force.

It will install since the tip of the bumper use screws. The tabs are there to line it up to the body. It still need to be repaired otherwise it won't line up properly.

to be honest, oem is still the best way to go.

won't fit a 335. I don't suggest you getting this because you need to change the diffuser and oem ones won't fit.
