Run-flats - dumb question

As a new owner of an E90 330i with run-flats, I would like to ask you old hands a dumb question. When you have run-flats, with of course no spare, what are you supposed to do if you get a puncture? Just drive to the nearest repair shop - wherever that might be if you're in the boondocks somewhere -and hope someone can repair it straight away, or what????

There seems to a fault in the logic somehwere....

Well you are able to drive on them for about 50 mi at under 45mph or so. I definitely would recommend driving any faster cause it will shred. That should be enough miles to get to some tire repair or tire store.

In the middle of the outback, 50miles will get you nowhere. You need to carry a spare if you're leaving the cities.

We have a BMW spacesaver spare, jack and wheelbrace as well as couple of Slime kits with compressor (my Renault doesn't have a spare either!) . In addition, I have a spare set of 16" rims/wheels so can take a full sized spare if I'm planning a longer run.

Don't think he would risk his A/X clothing getting dirty just to change a wheel...come on man! Definitely press the sos button. A playa always gets people to do things for him...just how we roll, ain't that right Rossi
