Procede RevII not vin locked

Hi I have a Procede Rev II that can be updated for free to V5 Professional($945 value). I have a letter from vishnu stating that if for some reason it is vin locked they will unlock it for free.
I'm including the serial cable as well.

Lowered price, would like to sell it this week. You can't beat this price since locked ones are selling for $550-600 than you need to pay $150 to unlock.
