Bimmer Retrofit Presents - E9x no-iDrive to iDrive conversion

Good day everyone and Thank you for reading!

Each day we receive many questions from you about the CIC kits which will also include the kit for the E9x series non-iDrive to iDrive conversion. After we had successfully done few such conversions at our shop we decided to make a guide with all detailed pictures for such conversion and also start to offer a conversion kits.

The plan is to offer kits (dashboard, plastics, iDrive wiring for the display and controller, etc. to our Canadian customers first. Next is to offer to all our US customers. If this experiment work well we will extend it to our European office.

For all our Canadian customers we now have a shop in Toronto area where it will be possible to make all installation for the iDrive to your E9x as well as for CIC and Combox kits.

Nice...so when I look for a CPO e9x M3, not only can I now look at '08s I can also look at non-iDrive '08s

Also we just shipped out first non-iDrive to iDrive conversion installation kit (dash, palstics + CIC and other stuff) and hopefully feedback will follow, so we will be able to prepeare good and easy to follow installation guide

Well i'm going ahead and ordered with this whole package except the combox. I will be doing installations in Oakville when parts arrived!

1-2 weeks for parts to arrive and ship out to the shop and the shop estimating 1-2 days of service right now!
