Unhappy Got Rear Ended on the 405

This all sucks...

Finally heading home from a busy Friday at the office, and BAM!
I got rear ended on the 405 South a little past the 110 entrance but before the weigh station by IKEA in Carson.
I had my eye on this punk and I had been trying to get out of the lane just incase some shit happened..
It being traffic hour on a Friday at 6 PM didn't get the chance to get out of the lane in time before something occured.

He was on his cell phone, looked like one of those walkie talkie Nextel phones because he had it at a distance.
I look behind my rear view mirror and just held on!!!
He slammed on his brakes and the nose of his car basically went under my car some..
I didn't move after the impact, I allowed him to go around me.
As soon as he passed me the look on this guys face was... Fack was he faded???

He signaled to pull over and as soon as that happened... I'm on a chase after him!
I immediately began to dial 911, operator answered and I immediately began to read out the plates to her.
This guy was cutting cars off like crazy trying to get away! I was so pissed I did the same to keep up with him.
Operator asked me to slow down as she could hear me gunning it, and to stop chasing him!
My reaction was "Tha' Fuck?!...HELL NO!" I asked for them to call out a Chippie to get his ass, and she answered
"No sir, we have the plates, it's a 1994 Buick Sedan correct?"
I basically answered "Yes, that's the car"...

The 911 operator was great at calming me down as I was blowing fumes
I agreed to slow down, and to exit were a CHP Officer would meet me to file a report.
Some people witnessed the entire thing happen, pulled over with me and handed me their name and number.

CHP was able to recover the plates from my 911 call and the officer said they were going to head over to the guys place.
Overheard that he resides in Cudahy, Ca... fucken punk...gonna head over there and open a can of whoop ass
Nah, not going to do all of that but definitely would love to rip him a new one!

Be careful fellas, So Cal Freeways are dangerous! Definitely be careful of other dumbass drivers!

Can someone say M-TECH

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

Glad to see that you're OK. Good news is that you get a new rear bumper of your choice out of this

Just to make sure, get the car checked out for even a slight possibility of frame or chassis damage. The impact doesn't look like it was really hard enough for that, but just check anyways. You want a perfect feeling and looking car when all this is done.

Again, glad to see that you're ok.

Thanks for all of the support fellas!
As far as the guy that hit me, from what CHP has told me the car isn't registered to begin with
They knew who's it was still somehow? I'm assuming the title transfer at DMW, but... car isn't registered?!

Anyhow, well they went to the guys house and he wasn't home. Neighbors said he just moved in and is hardly at home. CHP then wen't to the previous registered owners home and he wasn't home either! CHP spoke to the neighbors and they told him that he's never home, he's never there and that the Buick hasn't been in his driveway for months!

Now, AllState...
Since my car is still driveable they wouldn't fix my car until they received the full police report.
Then, had to wait another 2 1/2 weeks after that! Reason why is because AllState had to mail the guy a letter informing him that they knew that he was in a hit and run and blah blah blah, and to fill this packed out within a week.
Now, he didn't respond to that one so another letter was sent out and I have to wait till this Thursday to FINALLY drop it off! (Thursday is the last day given to the other party to respond before my uninsured motorist is approved).
Already spoke to Long, he assured me that everything would can be taken care of
