is xede now called procede, or is it different?

Yes and no.

The XEDE Shiv / Vishnu was offering was dropped by them and they now offer what is called PROcede.

However, other companies are now offering their own adaptation of the XEDE, such as Active Autowerke.

So both exist. Now if you want to know the differences, shouldn't be hard to find by looking through a couple of threads on both products.
