black sapphire metallic vs jet black noticeable?

i was thinking of getting an m-sport bumper but if i choose not to get it re-painted then its black sapphire metallic. I have a jet black car, is there a big noticeable difference. Also, can anyone recommend a relaible/fairly priced body shop located around philly that would paint it, if needed be.

You drive a $50k, not a civic. Do it right, it will be very obvious.

I have JetBlack and I can assure you my black makes BSM look silver/grey.
They aren't even close. Might as well be black and blue
This.

The thing with metallic paint is that the flake is a silver color so it automatically gives a gray undertone.
