Hmmmm okay, if you follow the pins outside the cap, there are wires holding the 2 caps together...so maybe that the pin is used to fastened the wire to the cap...
Anywho, about the solenoid nipples. do you cap it? or leave it opened like that..

Yeah I didn't check mine, it looks normal though. I was mainly talking about your second pic (the boost solenoid). Someone with a procede can chime in on the first pic.

Pins on the bypass plugs are normal. Nothing snapped off. They are used to jump two intercepted signal wires back together if you ever needed to remove the procede for any reason. Ann you can leave those nipple open. Theres no vacuun or air going through them.
Interesting that AA ended up using the same approach to boost control as we eventually settled on after months of testing. shiv |

Sweet, so far everything is intact and good to go...i just took the car around the block...it's pretty fast now...
However, there is a little more lag, but once boost kicks in, the car just fishtails with the DSC off... Another happy Procede customer...i heard people say the ECU needs time to adapt to the new power, is this true...so it has to "break in" sorta?

I'd love to hear a technical discussion on the topic; I still don't really understand what either device is doing with the boost solenoid in the first place. |
