BMW Factory Repurchased Vehicles
I know that similar questions to this have been asked so forgive the repetitive nature of the question. I'm considering purchasing a 2008 335i coupe, fully loaded with 38k mile. Vehicles comes with a factory 100k warr. IF (big if) I purchase it the cars going for $25,000. The catch.... It's a Cali lemon law car, repurchased by BMW. Record shows that the #5 injector was replaced to fix the car but it's now a branded title. Question is: has anyone bought one of these cars before? Is it worth it to save 4-5K? I guessing resell would be a nightmare, but I intend to have the car for a long time so...... What do ya think?
