back repair
Does anyone know the best course of action to repair these problems. Any solutions would help.

Cant even tell what that is?
IF the rear cover is punctured, your going to need a shop to fix that. Depending on how long the puncture is, it will determine whether it can be fixed or will require replacement. |

yeah thats something you dont wanna take on yourself unless you know what your doing i suggest you take that to a local auto body shop and have them take a look at it
