procede and meth does what it needs to do

Too bad the same can't be said about the stock clutch. Even with slipping throughout the run, managed to get a nod and look of shock from a newer model Ferrari driver. Aggressive maps are insane.

Figure we are pushing upward of 400 horses....there's a quick fix though, put it back in map 1 and clutch is happy again. Hpf clutch is my next upgrade. Black Friday deal *hint hint*

It the torque in the 3500-4500rpm range that is making some clutches throw in the towel. Even with the Stg1 aggressive map, it's pushing over 450lbft of torque in that Rpm band. And with the Stg3 maps, it's over 480lbft. And thanks to meth, that torque output is consistently there EVERYTIME you put your foot down. I can make a "stock clutch" version of these maps that dial things down slightly in this region if people are interested. Of course this only applies to 6mt guys running stock clutch. 6at guys can keep on trucking with the original maps

No thanks Shiv. Keep the torque coming. I'm sure most of us will just upgrade our "weak link". We already have a great working non aggressive map option.

I'm not even on the aggressive maps and I agree 100%. The freaking setup is tits. Had to dispatch a crappy Eclipse driver earlier tonight. He thought he was going to embarrass a BMW driver. No dice, Mr Rice.

After seeing a couple of slippy clutch threads, I can't wait to tear my trans off. I see a lot of ACT users and a couple HPF. These are the better choices? Any other recommendations?

shiv, you're saying AT guys wont have as much problem with their transmission? is it because the have torque converter that buffer the torque shock?

I've never been on the track. Only occasionally do I get on the go pedal. I live in Los Angeles..between Chp and traffic, it's very limited. I first noticed slipping only in 6th gear. Clutch would hold 2nd thru 5th with meth just fine. However, the other night's run with guy who was on my bumper it slipped from 3rd on up. Then again, although the oil temp looked ok, I'm not sure if the trans was fully up to temperature. Car had been sitting a few hours and I was about ten minutes into my leisurely drive.

I am never off the throttle. The power is addictive. Going through a pile of meth....
