Just bought this BMW PE exhaust system a few weeks ago only had it on the car for a few days, less than 50 miles driven on it. Shows no signs of use. Comes with BMW clamps and original box. I found it a bit loud.
Paid $1400 shipped from Tischer. Selling for $1200 +shipping.

Yeah it's $1100ish for the 1 series and the 3 series besides the 335i/xi. For the 335's this exhaust is $1352 from **********s.

Is this for N55? Are you running a DP? Most people have said that PE is more conservative in volume. That's not the case?

This was for N55 but it's the same setup for N54 (axle back, mufflers only). Not running a DP, completely stock but I think the N55 is louder to start with vs N54. Cold start is quite loud, idle is a tad louder than stock.

Garage List
From what I've been told the N54 PE exhaust is a different part #. Worth checking first....

Yes it is apparently a different part#. Not sure what is different prior to 03/10 as that's when the part # changed. At a glance looking at an '07 e90 335 and my '11 e90 the muffler section looks identical axle back. Maybe the earlier (<03/10) e90's replaced mid pipes as well.

Can anyone verify if these will fit e90's prior to 3/10? They appear to be the same size muffler and tips from the axle back.

It should fit all E90 335i/xi models (including facelifted models). There is not distinction mentioned regarding N54 or N55 engines.

Tischer only offers one PE for E90 or E91 335i/xi

See for yourselves...

Only includes x-pipe for sedans. Coupes are simply just mufflers.

I believe that's for earlier e90 mine came with mufflers and clamps only. You can check with dealer for correct part #. It could be that my '11 already has x pipe.
