Is it possible to negotiate the residual on a lease or is it stuck by bmwfs?

If you deal with BMWFS they set the interest rate and residue %, which is a function of the length of the lease and mileage allowance (higher residue for low mileage and/or shorter lease). The only break will be the 0.5% discount on rate for repeat customers. Discount on MSRP is up to the dealer. You can customize your lease by go to a third party leaser but then you probably will be stuck with an open end lease instead of a walk away one.
