Hello,

Have a 328 08 with nav. I have people on my phone list with mobile/work/personal designations. So the nav displays number/w, number/m, etc. However, I can't figure out how to tell the nav to dial the work number or the mobile number or the home number, etc.

Any ideas?

You would have to maybe have separate voice commands for them? Like "Mike Work" and "Mike Home". But that may not work as it will think both are the same.

I was just playing with mine the other night, but I don't have nav. On mine I had to use the voice command to "add name". I added the name and numbers. When connected to bluetooth it reads my phonebook, but only if I physically push the buttons would it call. So (i may be wrong) you have 2 different phone books, 1 from you phone that you access thru the buttons/Nav, and one stored in car from the voice commands. at least this is my findings without reading the manual. Hope this helps.
