So I recently found out I can retrofit Bluetooth into my e90 and it\'s steering wheel (I have the professional sound system). I\'ve read that I will have to use parrot as the retro, my question is where and what do I have to buy? And is there any way I can make it look 100% stock? Because I don\'t like having after market adaptations on my dash. Thanks for the advice ahead of time!

But in most cases that won't have anything to do with bluetooth.
Since bluetooth is a module that is connected to the radio on most of these cars.
There is a bluetooth retrofit guide at the top of the page(its stickied) .

Parrot, as a product, is a BT solution that will NOT look stock at all. Parrot BT products are bolt-on solutions with an additional display and additional controls, that simply splice into the sound system of the car. They are not integrated as OEM BT is. While Parrot can be made to work with steering wheel controls, it will still have an extra display.

If you want something that will look stock, you can either purchase and use OEM BT components and retrofit them (assuming it is reasonably easily doable on your car) or use an aftermarket OEM-like solution (like Dice, Mobridge, Tooki etc). (Some of these aftermarket solutions claim to be based on Parrot chipset, which might be where your reference to Parrot came from.)

Ok cool! Thanks guys! These all will let me use the steering wheel controls, yes? And will these enable hands-free calling? Or is that something else entirely?

To be sure , on the wheel button issue. But mobridge and denison are the two that will integrate with the BMW radio, that uses Most Bus.
