bmw 325i pricing
hi there everyone
i am planning to get a bmw 325i e92 coupe probably an 08-09 model with relatively low k's. i had a look at this one, car in great condition just a few scratches http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/de...ar&distance=25 however, i was unable to negotiate with the dealer he didnt even drop a single dollar. is that car already a bargain? what do you guys think? |

It isn't a bargain, not by a long shot.
You could get a 335i coupe for that much. Heck put in a bit more and you can even get a decent e93 335i. If you want to bargain, try private sales. Call everyone up, offer them what you want to pay for the car. Someone will be in a situation where they need fast money and you might get lucky. |

Hi,
I paid 58000 for my MY09 E92 325i coupe with 22000km on it in November through a dealer (car looks brand new). Mine has the newer iDrive with the individual buttons around the control knob. It also had factory warranty remaining on it (this was important to me). Does it come with any BMW warranty? I had to make a call if I purchased an older 335i or a newer 325i. I would have loved a 335i but could not afford a newer one with factory warranty so I went for the 325i. To compensate for the smaller less powerful engine I got the 325i in a 6 speed manual. The 6 speed manual gear box is outstanding and it really makes the 325i a lot of fun to drive (especially when you rev it past 4k). regards, Stephen |

It's priced OK...
if looking at a 335i for that money it would be an 07 model, much higher KMs and no Msport. Msport 325s look to be holding their value quite well... I'd still expect the dealer to knock 2k off though. Perhaps keep searching around. Goodluck. |

Hey, if they won't negotiate, walk away it works all the time. I can't imagine a dealer sell this sort I car that often.
I have a dealer calling and emailing me every week about the boxster s I was looking at. FYI, I bought my 335i coupe 11 months ago for less than the deal you are getting with the 325i. Mine's a 07 model but 11 months ago would be the same spot you are in now. Have to tough at negotiating these day! |

I was looking at a E92 '08 model with 22,000km, Msport innovation with 19inch 225M BSM, full service history. I got down to $51k but didn't end up buying and bought a spanking new LCI 320d instead.
