Pre-LCI to LCI front e90 conversion

I'm planning on replacing my OEM pre-lci bumper hood and grills with an LCI M-Tech bumper/M3 rep hood. I dont think I'm going to change the headlights, maybe just throw an eyelid on it.

My question is, is there a mounting plate I need for the bumper or hood? do I need a new splash guard, or will the holes line up for the new bumper?

you will need the underbody adapter. The holes that are currently there will not line up without it.

I thought that there would be something like that. Do you know which company would sell that?
