Do I need a plug n play meth elbow to go with a bms ww meth kit? If not what do I need to do? Is there anything else I need to make the kit functional other than wiring it to my jb4?

Yesh. If you have a <09 (I think?) you need an elbow with a meth bung, or you can drill your own. If you have >09 you need an entire chargepipe and elbow with bung in elbow.

09.5 or later have the one piece charge pipe. My 01/09 build 2009MY has a two piece stock charge pipe.

im slightly confused.. so an 07 does NOT need a full charge pipe? I have an 07

What else do I need to purchase other than the kit and elbow/elbow and charge pipe?

You will just need the elbow with the bungs and the meth kit you will not need the charge pipe.
