Angel Eyes Fog Lights ?

I found this on ebay:

3" UNIVERSAL SHORT RANGE ANGEL EYES WHITE HALO CLEAR FOG LIGHTS KIT

Did anyone used it ?
Any idea how good/ bad is it ?

Yeah, might be. But it would be interesting to see one at night, in action, with like rings on as a daytime running, and full on - as a fog lights on.

I think it's a good idea (I don't know if they are cheap or not...) but I don't think we can fit these lights..

We retrofitted a set of OEM foglights with LED rings for our customer during his LS3 install.
