I've dealt with both Momentum BMW in Houston and United BMW in Duluth. I'm not sure how Momentum made it with the experiences I've had with them in the past. Congrats never the less to all.

Glad to see Performance BMW of Chapel Hill up there. Great dealership to work with, the service center is excellent when dealing with extra goodies on my vehicle.

Go Braman! I would have been pissed to see my local BMW dealer here. They treat in warranty people that did not buy a car from them like second class citizens.

I put down a deposit for an E46M back in 2000 or 2001 at East Bay BMW but couldn't justify buying such an expensive car on the salary I was making back then. I felt bad about backing out, but the dealer I was working with brushed it off and told me that they'd be here to sell me the next generation M3 when I was ready to buy. To top it off, he let me sit in and start a Z8 that was roped off on the showfloor.
I'm not surprised that they were recognized. I am a little surprised not to find Crevier, Rusnak, and South Bay BMW on the list. I've also only ever had great experiences over there.

I must say BMW is certainly ignoring Canada ... we have some fine Dealerships in Canada and only one is mentioned.
I for one am very disappointed to see such a list without Canada being taken into consideration. What about North Americas worst Dealerships? Does anyone at BMW Germany even care how some Customers are being treated? Does anyone even take the time what members here have to say in the Dealership Review Thread of this forum? Why not check this out ---> CLICK Then compile a list of North Americas Worst BMW Dealerships
